These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of all products, services, games, and features offered by cc6c1 through the website cc6c1.cam and any associated mobile or web-based interfaces (collectively, the "Platform"). cc6c1 is operated for the benefit of Filipino players and operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming laws and regulations administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

These Terms constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between you and cc6c1 with respect to your use of the Platform, superseding any prior agreements, representations, or understandings whether written or oral. cc6c1 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

To register and maintain an account on cc6c1, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines. cc6c1 strictly enforces this requirement through identity verification processes.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party.

cc6c1 reserves the right to decline any registration application, at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons for such a decision. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any account balance.

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain one (1) account on cc6c1 only. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same name, different names, different payment methods, or different device identifiers, is strictly prohibited. All accounts found to be duplicates will be closed, and any winnings accumulated across duplicate accounts may be voided at cc6c1's discretion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your cc6c1 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) associated with your account. cc6c1 will never request your password or OTP via unsolicited communication. You must notify cc6c1 customer support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

As part of its Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance obligations and PAGCOR regulatory requirements, cc6c1 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. The Know Your Customer ("KYC") process requires you to submit:

• A valid, government-issued photographic identification document (such as a Philippine National ID / PhilSys, a valid driver's license, or a Philippine passport);
• Proof of address where required (such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the preceding three months);
• Proof of payment method ownership where cc6c1 deems it necessary to verify that you are the legitimate owner of the payment method used for deposits.

cc6c1 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time may result in account suspension. All documents submitted are processed in accordance with the cc6c1 Privacy Policy.

All financial transactions on the cc6c1 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). cc6c1 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods: GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability. cc6c1 may add or remove payment method options at its discretion with reasonable notice where practicable.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your cc6c1 wallet upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment processor. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method. cc6c1 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may impose their own charges. Deposited funds may only be used for gaming activities on the cc6c1 Platform.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC verification. cc6c1 will process standard withdrawal requests within the published processing timeframes. cc6c1 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to large or unusual withdrawal requests. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 unless otherwise stated.

Unclaimed Funds: cc6c1 reserves the right to apply an inactivity charge to dormant accounts in accordance with the Platform's dormant account policy. Players will be notified before any such charge is applied, and accounts can be reactivated at any time by logging in.

cc6c1 may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. The receipt and use of any promotional offer is subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to that promotion, which are published on the cc6c1 Promotions page and shall be read in conjunction with these Terms.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before the bonus or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on cc6c1 may contribute equally to wagering requirement calculations. Live dealer games, certain table games, or specific jackpot titles may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Check individual promotion terms for game contribution rates.
• Expiry: All bonus funds and free spin awards carry an expiry period. Unclaimed, unused, or unmet wagering requirement bonuses will automatically expire and be removed from your account at the stated expiry time.

cc6c1 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice in cases of error, fraud, or technical malfunction. Players who have already received a bonus in good faith will not be disadvantaged by retroactive changes unless the promotion was claimed as a result of fraud or misrepresentation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cc6c1 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant regulatory authorities:

• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise legally prohibited from participating in online gambling;
• Creating or operating more than one cc6c1 account, or using the account of another person;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any form of technological assistance to gain an unfair advantage in any game or against cc6c1 systems;
• Colluding with other players or using any form of communication during live or multiplayer games to gain an improper advantage;

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cc6c1 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the cc6c1 Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or reputational damage.

cc6c1 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. cc6c1 is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your use of third-party payment providers, telecommunications services, or internet connections.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit cc6c1's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by cc6c1's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable Philippine law.

In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are not permitted, cc6c1's liability to you shall be limited to the amount you deposited into your cc6c1 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cc6c1 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and its implementing rules and regulations. By using the cc6c1 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the cc6c1 Privacy Policy.

The types of personal data collected by cc6c1 include, but are not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, email address, government-issued ID details, payment method details, account transaction history, and gaming activity records. This data is used for account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, AML monitoring, customer support, and marketing communications (where you have consented to receive them).

cc6c1 may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice and without liability, if cc6c1 reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false registration information, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

You may close your cc6c1 account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to account closure, any pending wagering requirements on active bonuses will be forfeited and any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your preferred withdrawal method following completion of applicable verification procedures.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or your use of the cc6c1 Platform, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute, cc6c1 encourages players to contact customer support as a first step. cc6c1 is committed to resolving player disputes in a fair, timely, and transparent manner. If an internal resolution cannot be reached, players may submit a complaint to PAGCOR or the relevant regulatory body overseeing cc6c1's operations.

Any claim or cause of action arising from these Terms or from your use of cc6c1 must be filed within one (1) year after the relevant cause of action arose. Claims filed after this limitation period shall be time-barred.
